What are VoiceIQ's charges for international calling?

Calls outside the UK or US are charged a premium rate on a PAYG basis. Please get in touch with us at sales@voiceiq.ai if you would like to learn about charges for making calls to outside the UK or US.

Does VoiceIQ support BYOC (bring your own carrier)?

If you would like to continue using your existing telephony provider, we can work with you to build a custom integration. However, additional charges may apply. Talk to our team at sales@voiceiq.ai for more information.

Is there a fair use limit on unlimited plans?

We do not impose a limit, however we reserve the right to terminate any customer who uses VoiceIQ for illicit, illegal or spam purposes.

Can we choose a number range?

Once you have chosen the number types your users require, numbers will be randomly assigned to each user. However, if you require a number range please discuss with our team at sales@voiceiq.ai for more information.

What numbers are included in the calling plans?

All licences include inbound calls and outbound calls to all UK 01, 02, 03, 0800 and most 07 numbers. Get in touch for information about US numbers.

What areas are covered by hyper-local presence dialling?

Every UK local landline area code is supported by our hyper-local presence dialling. This equates to 618 numbers. Get in touch for information about US hyper-local presence dialing.

We don't have a CRM, can we still use VoiceIQ?

All licences come with access to VoiceIQ's own basic CRM platform, allowing your teams to manage contacts, cases and opportunities.

Our CRM is not listed in your integrations, can we still use VoiceIQ?

We are always working to grow our library of CRM integrations. However, if the CRM your business uses is not listed, we are happy to work on a custom project to facilitate this (additional charges may apply). Talk to our team at sales@voiceiq.ai for more information.

Can we specify number types?

Yes! During sign up, we will ask which number types you require.

Can we port over our existing numbers?

Yes! During sign up, we will ask if you need to port over existing numbers. Note that number ports could take up to 3 weeks and will be charged £30 per port request.

Can we mix plans across users?

At the moment, you will only be able to mix plan types in the Enterprise edition of VoiceIQ.

What device types are supported by VoiceIQ?

VoiceIQ is a web application and runs perfectly on any desktop browser. We do not currently offer support for a mobile application or deskphone integration.

What is the contract duration?

All Unlimited licences have a minimum contract duration of 12 months.
