As a SDR for VoiceIQ, you will have the opportunity to work in a leading AI company on a rapid growth trajectory. We’re looking for a results-driven sales development representative to actively seek new business opportunities, engage and build relationships with potential customers.The successful candidate will have the potential to make a real impact in our business and will have lots of opportunities for progression and the opportunity to attain an equity stake in the company.

  • Focussed, confident and self motivated mindset
  • Technology passionate
  • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach.
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Experience working with a CRM
  • Fair understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Contact potential prospects through multiple channels (cold calls, emails, social media posting and outreach)
  • Present VoiceIQ to potential prospects
  • Identify prospect's needs and adapt positioning and messaging appropriately
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up calls and product demonstrations for the senior team
  • Report to the CEO on sales results

Salary & Benefits

  • Basic Salary: £22,000 to £25,000
  • Expected minimum commission: £10,000
  • Hybrid working: Option to work at home for up to 2 days a week
